What is a beeidigter Übersetzer (sworn translator)?
A translator authorised by a state court (Landgericht), publicly sworn and registered in the official register. Only translations from such translators are accepted as valid by all official German institutions — Finanzamt, Handelsregister, universities, visa offices and courts.
Which documents are commonly translated?
Turkish passport, birth and marriage certificates (visa/Aufenthaltstitel), diploma + Notenspiegel (university applications), Trade Registry Gazette (Germany representation of your GmbH/UG), bank statements (visa financial evidence), court rulings.
How long does a translation take?
Standard documents (passport, ID, birth/marriage certificate): 3–5 business days. Diploma + transcript: 5–7 business days (academic terminology). Legal documents: 7–10 business days. Rush (24 hr) adds 50%.
Which language pairs do you translate?
TR ↔ DE (most common), EN ↔ DE, AR ↔ DE. All beeidigter Übersetzer translators are court-authorised and carry their stamp. Per-page price varies by pair: TR ↔ DE €59, EN ↔ DE €49, AR ↔ DE €69.
Is the format digital or wet-signed?
Both. The PDF copy (digitally signed + QR verification) is accepted for digital applications. The wet-signed, court-stamped physical copy (couriered to your Turkish or German address) is filed for complete submissions.
