A Koç University Electrical & Electronics Engineering graduate, Oğuz Can spent 8 years in the United States immersed in the world of technology, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce. During that time, he developed an intimate understanding of the U.S. market — its consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and the invisible rules that separate brands that thrive from those that struggle.
Returning to Turkey, he channeled that knowledge into founding The New Order — a platform built to give Turkish brands a genuine shot at the American dream. Under his leadership, The New Order delivers end-to-end services in market strategy, product positioning, brand placement, and operational management.

With over 25 years of experience spanning telecommunications, e-commerce, and logistics, Zişan brings the operational depth that turns market opportunity into sustainable business. Her career includes senior roles at Türk Telekom and Turkcell — where she led large-scale projects, built key client relationships, and consistently delivered growth and profitability.

Since 2019, Zişan has been based in the United States, where she has deepened her expertise in digital marketing and the trade corridor between Turkey and America — giving The New Order a permanent, on-the-ground presence in the market it serves.

At The New Order, Zişan oversees the operational engine: order and inventory management, import/export processes, team leadership, and digital integration. Her expertise in the U.S. logistics and e-commerce ecosystem makes her the force that keeps our partners’ operations running seamlessly across the Atlantic.
